This category is open to any kit from the size of a preemie to 36 inches.

Criterion of judging:

Correct shades of the “ethnic” or “biracial” color range baby eyes of a realistic color for skin coloring
Baby’s hair is a realistic color to tint the skin
Paint is evenly mixed and smooth
Veins, if present, are deep and sunken below the surface of the skin Skin color is layered and realistic in appearance
No puddles, cracks or buildup in the folds
Lips are well defined and realistically colored
Hair is evenly rooted or painted to look natural (No bald babies) Eyebrows are evenly positioned and natural looking They are realistic nails for skin tone
The soles of the hands and feet are a natural and realistic color for the chosen skin color Highlights and lowlights on skin tone are realistic and smooth
Please note that this category will NOT be divided into beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

El cabello del bebé es de un color realista para teñir la piel
La pintura está uniformemente mezclada y lisa
Las venas, si están presentes, son profundas y están hundidas debajo de la superficie de la piel
El color de la piel tiene capas y tiene un aspecto realista
Sin charcos, grietas o acumulaciones en los pliegues
Los labios están bien definidos y coloreados de manera realista
El cabello está uniformemente enraizado o pintado para que luzca natural (No bebés calvos)
Las cejas están colocadas de manera uniforme y tienen un aspecto natural
Son las uñas realistas para el tono de la piel
Son las plantas de las manos y los pies un color natural y realista para el color de piel elegido
Los reflejos y las luces bajas en el tono de piel son realistas y suaves
