How to Enter the Contest
1. Review the Rules:
- Carefully read all contest rules and information to ensure you understand the requirements and guidelines.
2. Select Your Category and Pay the Fee:
- Choose the category for your entry and pay the contest fee through our website. Each entry requires its own fee and registration.
3. Prepare Your Submission:
- Dress your submission(s) in costume or attire as it will be part of the judging criteria. Important: All submissions and props must remain hidden from view at all times before registration.
4. Bring Your Supplies:
- Ensure you bring all necessary posing supplies, pillows, blankets, props, etc., for your entry. You will need these for setting up your display.
5. Complete the Registration Form:
- Fill out the registration form available at the front desk upon arrival.
6. Check-In Your Entries:
- Check-in your contest entries on the designated date and time.
7. Photographs and Setup:
- A photograph of each submission with all accessories will be taken. You will be escorted to the contest area where you can place your submission on display and make any final adjustments.
8. Final Touches and Display:
- Once your submission is set up, you will be escorted off the show floor. You will not be permitted to touch your contest submission again until after the Awards Banquet.
