Contest Rules
CONTEST OPEN TO ALL ARTISTS WORLDWIDE WITHOUT THE NEED TO BE AN EXHIBITOR ALL REGISTERED BABIES MUST COMPLY WITH ALL RULES, OTHERWISE THEY WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
Any entry must be made by yourself 100% by you (painting and microrooting). No one can work on your contest piece.
The price is $ 36 usd per entry.
Each piece requires its own individual fee and registration.
All registration fees must be paid in full before your submission will be accepted. Rates are non-refundable.
Submissions will remain anonymous to allow the artist.
Bring your submission(s) dressed in costume/attire, as it is part of the judging criteria. All submission(s) and props must be HIDDEN from view AT ALL TIMES prior to registration.
You are responsible to bring posing supplies, pillows, blankets, props, etc. for any entry piece.
Fill out the registration form available at the front desk.
Check-in your contest entries. Friday December 6, 2024 from 6:00-9:00pm by appointment only.
A photograph of each submission with all accessories will be taken.
Owners will be escorted with their contest submissions and display items to the contest area of the show floor to place submissions on display and make any final touch-ups on the display.
Owners will then be escorted off the show floor and will NOT be allowed to touch their contest submissions again until after the Awards Banquet.
YDS will take photographs at registration, you agree that the photographs and information submitted may be used by Yophi Doll Show for promotional purposes.
Owners are responsible to bring posing supplies, pillows, blankets, props etc. for any submission piece. Owners are responsible to pick up all props and posing materials after the Awards Banquet. YDS is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged display items or contest submissions.
The display area for each submission must not exceed 35″ wide x 29″ inches deep x 47″ Tall.
The names of the winners and / or the nurseries will be announced at the Awards Banquet.
Owners will be the last people to touch contest submissions when they are placed onto the show floor. After this point, only judges, will be allowed to touch submissions as they gently inspect each submission during the judging process.
We will not allow nude submissions.
All infant and toddler tickets must have genitalia covered while on display. Senior entries must have breasts and genitals covered.
While we understand that the nude body is considered art by many people and cultures, we are a family spectacle and we respect the rights of parents to allow their children to view such art at their own discretion.
All entries will be reviewed and judged by an esteemed panel of judges, who will evaluate each photo submission, then nominate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners by category, (except in the Best Rooted, Best Hair Painting categories booth will only be first place).
Evaluated along with overall aesthetic appeal, excellence in concept, design, execution, and quality of workmanship.
First place winners will receive a custom-made trophy that includes a 2024 mini baby by artist Bonnie Brown and an Award Certificate. Second and third place winners receive a Medal and Award Certificate. If there are not enough entries in a certain category, YOPHI DOLL SHOW reserves the right to remove the category from this year’s competition and move the entries from that category to a different and appropriate category.
Illegally produced or plagiarized kits will not be accepted. If use of a fake kit is detectable, copy, the photos will be deleted without right of refund.
Entry for babies who have already competed and won previously are not allowed.
Dolls may not be sold during the contest. If you wish to sell your doll after the contest, you will need to purchase a table or booth. Submissions pieces MUST NOT be removed from the contest area until after the Awards Banquet!
THERE IS NO LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF BABIES SUBMITTED BY ARTIST IN EACH CATEGORY. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO REGISTER SEVERAL TIMES IN EACH CATEGORY, WITH DIFFERENT BABIES. EACH REGISTRATION WILL CONDUCT ITS RESPECTIVE PAYMENT.
YOU CAN COMPETE THE SAME BABY IN MAXIMUM 3 CATEGORIES. EACH ONE PAYING THEIR ENTRY TO THE COMPETITION. (For example, an ethnic silicon baby: it can compete in Silicon, in best rooting and in Ethnic)
IN THE EXCLUSIVE EXHIBITOR CONTEST
Only in this category can you put a price on your baby.
The dolls to be judged cannot be published before the presentation. If Yophi Doll Show has seen any entry on social media, groups, forums, Facebook or other programs, etc., it may be disqualified.

Registre las entradas de su concurso. Viernes 6 de Diciembre de 2024, de 6:00 a 9:00 p. m., solo con cita previa.
Se tomará una fotografía de cada envío con todos los accesorios.
Los propietarios serán acompañados con sus presentaciones del concurso y artículos de exhibición al área del concurso del piso de exhibición para exhibir las presentaciones y realizar los retoques finales en la exhibición.
Luego, los propietarios serán acompañados fuera de la sala de exposición y NO se les permitirá volver a tocar sus presentaciones del concurso hasta después del banquete de premios.
YDS tomará fotografías en el momento del registro; usted acepta que Yophi Doll Show pueda utilizar las fotografías y la información enviada con fines promocionales.
Los propietarios son responsables de traer materiales para posar, almohadas, mantas, accesorios, etc. para cualquier pieza presentada. El área de exhibición para cada envío no debe exceder los 90 cm de ancho x 75 cm de profundidad x 120 cm de alto.
Los nombres de los ganadores y/o de las guarderías se darán a conocer en el Banquete de Premiación.
Los propietarios serán las últimas personas en tocar las presentaciones del concurso cuando se coloquen en la sala de exhibición. Después de este punto, solo los jueces podrán tocar las presentaciones mientras las inspeccionan suavemente durante el proceso de evaluación.
No permitiremos presentaciones de desnudos.
TODOS los boletos para bebés y niños pequeños deben tener los genitales cubiertos mientras estén en exhibición. Las entradas para personas mayores deben tener los senos y los genitales cubiertos.
Si bien entendemos que el cuerpo desnudo es considerado arte por muchas personas y culturas, somos un espectáculo familiar y respetamos el derecho de los padres de permitir que sus hijos vean dicho arte a su propia discreción.
Todas las entradas serán revisadas y juzgadas por un estimado panel de jueces, quienes evaluarán cada fotografía presentada y luego nominarán a los ganadores del 1.°, 2.° y 3.° lugar por categoría (excepto en las categorías Mejor arraigado y Mejor pintura para el cabello, el stand solo será el primero). lugar).
Evaluado junto con el atractivo estético general, la excelencia en concepto, diseño, ejecución y calidad de mano de obra.
Los ganadores del primer lugar recibirán un trofeo hecho a medida que incluye un mini bebé de 2024 de la artista Bonnie Brown y un certificado de premio. Si no hay suficientes inscripciones en una determinada categoría, YOPHI DOLL SHOW se reserva el derecho de eliminar la categoría de la competencia de este año y mover las inscripciones de esa categoría a una categoría diferente y apropiada.
No se aceptarán kits producidos ilegalmente o plagiados. Si se detecta el uso de un kit falso, cópielo, las fotos se eliminarán sin derecho a reembolso.
No se permite la entrada a bebés que ya hayan competido y ganado anteriormente.
No se podrá vender muñecas durante el concurso. Si deseas vender tu muñeca después del concurso, necesitarás comprar una mesa o un stand. ¡Las piezas presentadas NO DEBEN retirarse del área del concurso hasta después del Banquete de Premiación!
NO HAY LÍMITE EN EL NÚMERO DE BEBÉS PRESENTADOS POR ARTISTA EN CADA CATEGORÍA. PODRÁS REGISTRAR VARIAS VECES EN CADA CATEGORÍA, CON DIFERENTES BEBÉS. CADA INSCRIPCIÓN REALIZARÁ SU RESPECTIVO PAGO.
PUEDES CONCURSAR UN MISMO BEBÉ EN 3 CATEGORIAS MAXIMO. PAGANDO CADA UNO SU ENTRADA AL CONCURSO. ( Por ejemplo un bebé de silicon ethnico: puede concursar en Silicon, en best rooting y en Ethnico)
EN EL CONCURSO DE EXPOSITOR EXCLUSIVO
Solo en esta categoria puedes poner precio a tu bebé.
Los muñecos a juzgar no podrán ser publicados antes de la presentación. Si Yophi Doll Show ha visto alguna entrada en redes sociales, grupos, foros, Facebook u otros programas, etc., podrá ser descalificada.
Las reglas están sujetas a cambios en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso.
